PHLEGM v8 Revision r93 - CHAR dotted selection
==============================================
Source baseline: r92.

CHAR typeface highlights (VIEW=TREE or VIEW=ICON) are one-pixel thin dotted
black rectangles, regardless of whether GUI COLOR is MONO or ARGB.
Selection no longer inverts MONO glyphs, paints solid black areas,
uses blue theme fills, or draws a second platform focus rectangle.
MONO CHAR glyphs remain black-on-white, with 1-bit compatible highlights.
ARGB CHAR glyph colors are unchanged underneath the dotted outline.
FONT selection behavior is left native. In ARGB, FONT labels in both TREE
and ICON use the same deterministic false color as CHAR labels. Icon
pictograms inherit their label color without altering stored CHOP rasters.
MONO retains black/white presentation for both typefaces.
CHOP brightness, alpha, frame animation, and cache isolation are preserved.

Windows: shared pixel-exact GDI SetPixelV outline for TREE and ICON.
Linux: dot perimeter rasterized into the selected CHR tree-label pixbuf
without Cairo antialiasing; GTK selection background suppressed, with
1px dotted CSS border on the selected ICON cell. Selection pixbufs refresh
on navigation for both ARGB and MONO.

Regression tests updated; native FreeBASIC compile and visual GUI testing
remain to be performed on host target environments.
